Hi Ya,

Welcome to my blog page on this eve of the Jewish New Year, Rosh Hashanah. The time to begin new things and start again. We say have a sweet year, and after last year (I will write about that soon) I am taking this to heart. I look forward to offering bits and bobs of wisdom, food for thought and creative endeavours. I hope for full participation from you my readers (seems so cheeky to write that when no one has even seen the site yet) in helping me evolve and share information, creativity and stories. Please create your stories and share them, you never know whose heart you may touch.

What I want from you is the commitment to focus on yourself, your thoughts and your feelings about yourself and your relationships within your wider world. This may require you to sit quietly with yourself, engage in a heated debate or dig deep to see another's point of view. How you go about deepening your self understanding will depend on you. How do you view the world? Is it safe? Is it generous? Is it filled with love? Throughout human time we have pondered the big questions: Who am I? What do I want? How can I get it? What means do I have? What lines do I draw?

I offer you a judgement free space for you to project, dismantle and rebuild your state of mind and body. I welcome all feedback.
